About Alumni Courses
Alumni Courses are an integral part of the intellectual life of the Basic Program community. Because the participants are alumni of the program, they already know the works of the curriculum and often with each other. As a result of this shared knowledge, the level of discussion is highly fulfilling. Students often interact outside the classroom, meeting for coffee, seeing plays, and attending lectures together. Hundreds of students who have completed the program enroll in alumni courses year after year to stay in touch with the vibrant intellectual community of the Basic Program.

Requirements for Alumni Courses
In order to register for an Alumni Course, participants must have completed at least two years of the four-year curriculum.
